You are welcome to view, print and download the contents of this website for personal use but not for any commercial purposes, re-publication, or distribution. We welcome the information being shared via social media but please ensure that all credits are given to Francesca Simpson.
All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale, however if you are a business and would like to sell our products please get in touch for a trade price list.
2. Description of Products
a) The description and specification of products in the Website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
b) We may correct any error appearing in the Website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure. We will confirm acceptance of your order via the e-mail address you provide which will detail the products you have ordered and the payment that was taken at time of order. The sending or this e-mail is the contract between us (regardless of whether or not the e-mail is received).
An order may be cancelled when either: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
a) Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Some orders can take 5-7 working days to dispatch where the item is out of stock and bespoke made frames can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. at busy times can take up to 7 working days. You will be kept up to date if this is the case. Should you require your items for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases a further postal charge may be incurred.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

6. Returns Policy
We hope you like your products from us, however if you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and provided the item is undamaged and unused we will issue you with a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item.
Should your item arrive damaged, please get in touch with us using the information in the contact page and we can arrange either a refund or replacement where applicable. We will require photos of the damage to any packaging and the item in order to place a claim with the courier.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and if your order hasn't been fulfilled we shall issue you with a full refund. If your order is already on its way, you will need to return the items before any refund can be processed.
Postage costs for returning orders is at the buyer's expense.
