Returns Policy
We hope you like your products from us, however if you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and provided the item is undamaged and unused we will issue you with a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item.
Should your item arrive damaged, please get in touch with us using the information in the contact page and we can arrange either a refund or replacement where applicable. We will require photos of the damage to any packaging and the item in order to place a claim with the courier.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and if your order hasn't been fulfilled we shall issue you with a full refund. If your order is already on its way, you will need to return the items before any refund can be processed.
Postage costs for returning orders is at the buyers expense.
Delivery
All orders are sent First Class with either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days for UK customers. Delivery time varies for customers outside the UK depending on the product and location. Please contact me if you require
